REFUND/CANCELLATION

The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, and partially used products (25%) accompanied with an invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon Ceyone Direct Retailer/ Seller/Preferred Customer to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

A refund would be generated depending on the condition of the product when received at the Ceyone office. To be applicable for a refund, the product must be unused or partially used upto 25%.

If an order is cancelled within 24 hours, a refund for the same will be generated. Once the order is processed, refund would not be possible.
